Summary

Job Overview:
The Level 2 Project Manager is responsible for managing moderate to complex projects from initiation to closure. This role requires effective coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects within the specified scope, time, and budget. This will require shot approval and light technical support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the objectives of the department and organization.

 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
 Lead project team meetings and facilitate effective communication.
 Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
 Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
 Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
 Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

 Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide outstanding service to clients and stakeholders.
 Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience.
 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
 Independent Work Capability: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
 Analytical and Prioritization Skills: Proficient in analyzing tasks and prioritizing workload efficiently.
 Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
 Deadline-Oriented: Proven capability to meet deadlines consistently.
 Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Proven Track Record of Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and/or Experience: CAPM certification is preferred.

Language Skills:
 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general emails with detailed instructions.
 Ability to create spreadsheets and business correspondence.
 Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the public.
 Interact with Sales Reps, Operations department, and customers, as required.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, & volume.

Reasoning Ability:
 Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
 Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
