Summary

Pay Rate: $65,000-$68,000 Annual

SUMMARY
This role comprises management and oversight of our organization’s service contracts, warranty
agreements, and subscription services. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate contract
records, proactively tracking expirations, renewing contracts, and subscriptions, and ensuring
compliance with company policies. The administrator will collaborate closely with our sales, service, and
installation teams, as well as nurture strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the administrator
will identify opportunities for upselling and effectively communicating the value of our services to
clients, contributing to the growth of NAVCO.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contract Management: Administer service contracts, ensuring all agreements are executed correctly
and follow legal requirements and company standards. Proactively tracking expirations and renewing
contracts and subscriptions.
2. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual
obligations and to identify areas of improvement.
3. Data Analysis: Provide monthly reporting on service activity, financial performance, and SLA
compliance to operations and/or sales for customer meetings and identifying sales opportunities.
4. Relationship Management: Maintain and build positive relationships with service providers, vendors,
and internal stakeholders.
5. Documentation: Ensure all contract-related documentation is accurate and up to date to include
preventative maintenance and survey findings Manage the contract database and ensure easy access to
relevant information.
6. Problem Resolution: Function as a primary point of contact for any issues arising from service
contracts, assist in resolving disputes and facilitating solutions.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, profitability, and compliance to
management.
8. Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to contract policies and procedures to
increase efficiency and effectiveness.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, Smartsheet and CRM.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
